What fees will I have to pay?
You will have a monthly payment for the service you select. This monthly payment includes all fees and taxes, so the amount you see is what you pay. There is a one-time installation fee. Some customers on microcells have an additional fee to compensate the microcell host.
We will require the first month’s payment at the time of installation.
What channels will I get?
This service is high-speed internet only, and doesn’t come as a package like cable with TV or phone.
How do I know what level of service I need?
The level of service you need depends on your Internet use level. We recommend starting with the Basic level, which is sufficient for most web browsing, email, and general Internet use. If you find you need more for streaming video and/or gaming, you can always upgrade later.
Will I have a wireless connection for all my devices after installation?
The Internet signal is brought to your house through wireless technology, but in order to connect your devices, you will need a router to send a wireless signal to your devices throughout your house. You can provide your own router, or we can sell you one of our preferred models.
What router should I have?
Many routers on the market will work with our system. Our recommendation is ASUS AC 1300. If you have a question about whether a particular router will work, get in touch with us and we’ll check it out to see whether it will work with our system.
How does the wireless technology work?
Check out our How it works page for more information about the technology behind Win Win Wireless’s Internet service.
How do I know if I can get service?
How can I know if I can get service: When you set up an appointment for an installation, a technician will first come out to your location to make sure we can provide service to your house. As we grow we will be adding microcell towers, so areas not currently able to be served may be covered soon!
How does the installation work?
Our technician will schedule an appointment to come out to your house at a time convenient for you. The first step is to make sure we can provide service to your location. If you are within our service range, our technician will install a radio receiver on the outside of your house, run a cable through to the inside of the house, and get you up and running with Internet service. You should have a router and computer ready at the time of installation so that we can get you online as quickly as possible. If you don’t have a router, we can sell you one.
